Hi, three years ago I had septus and then I got septic shock and I ended up getting sleep paralysis from that. I was really really ill and I know what it feels like to be in that position.

It's very scary, it makes you feel like you just can't move and you're just frozen in one place but you're there but you're not there and it feels like you're just not in and

Now with that sleep paralysis experience did you witness or experience anything kind of paranormal or out of the ordinary or anything I can guess you could say would be ghostly
