OK this one is for my tech/skin care people have you tried the LED light therapy masks I don't know if you've seen them I'll put a picture as the background here but I haven't tried them myself but supposed to increase the amount of collagen in the skin reduce the appearance of wrinkles I don't know it's also self like acne eczema rosacea scarring sun damage everything apparently and there's a different setting so like some of them will have blue light some of them will have red light for different things I need to read more into it but if you have tried it I wanna hear about your experience
So there are actually studies that back up that it does help your skin. I have tried them, but I haven't worn them long term because I just make marketing videos for clients who sell them. but I think the most important thing.
The important thing is to make sure you find one that fits around the eyes and kind of blocks the light from your eyes because I've tried masks that were kind of not very good quality and the light was just shining directly in my eyes which is not good. You're not supposed to look at the light.
