So I love a snack but here's the thing I do love kind of a healthy snack so I do love sugars and stuff but I kind of overdid it for the past few months after my birthday in January and I just let myself go after that birthday cake and I was like liquorice candy whatever so now for favourite Netflix and chill snacks what are your favourite healthy was dude I found this recipe on TikTok and it is just one can of tuna half a cup of shredded cheddar and one egg on mixer gather put a lot of salt lake because it needs it and that is it I actually added some chopped green onion cumin cayenne you know document up onion powder garlic powder whatever you want anyway you mix it up you smash it up you roll it up like in the balls put it on a parchment paper or nonstick baking sheet I have a convection oven which is like an air fryer so if you have an air Fireworks in there and then you flatten them out a bit as you'll see in the picture that I have shared and about 10 minutes in an air fryer on 400 and about 20 minutes in a convection oven on 400 and you have crispy fritters packed with protein I made a little yoghurt with maple syrup and mustard and hot sauce and it comes out like a hot mustard you know what I mean but with yoghurt and not yeah you feel me OK so what are your favourite snacks and if you have healthy ones I'd love to hear it but if you don't I love to hear that too OK enjoy your shows and I'll see you around

Popcorn is definitely my number one grain I'm next to quinoa and rice and stuff but I have to stay away from greens popcorn it's not a grain it doesn't matter I love popcorn
My go-to is Spanish artichoke dip with Mediterranean pita chips. And what I'm getting today at work is an artichoke jalapeno dip with just regular pita chips. Really good. Don't know if it's healthy though.
Have you ever made your own artichoke dip I make one with like thick Greek yoghurt and then just a little bit of mayo because the store-bought ones have a ton of mail but it's still healthy and definitely pita chips rock I usually use corn tortilla chips but thanks for the reminder

Exactly it's always a slope for me it's sugar or refined flour so I like to stick to corn products or rice and that's much better option so yeah it is too much and I love to cook so it's hard
