I know I happy to only one who leaves my child a car for like a few seconds just her either go pay for gas really quick or like just go do something really quick I'm just curious what your thoughts are on this because I know when I was younger like my parents all they always left us in the car for like a minute or two to turn it in and out of the store and like I do this like I'll I will go running and like pay for gas really quick and select I can get my daughter at the car seat getting her in there and then getting her back in the car and buckled up Is Chris there's probably gonna be so much hate towards me but like what are your pants on parents to do this and this is something that you do as well
So usually my niece is with us and if I need to go pay for gas or something she's right there with them you know she's 10 so she's a little bit or she has locked the doors but I usually don't leave them by yourself if it's just me
I don't understand like I'm by myself at the time so like that's why I have to like run it really quick myself and pay for the gas or whatever but yeah
Honestly I don't do this and I will never because I'm traumatized by the story of the mom who did this and her twin boys got kidnapped in her car was stolen and then one of her twins died so I don't I will never do this
Oh my gosh I'm so sorry I'm so sorry yeah when I run into the store I'm laying in there for like five seconds the most like I'm just in an out really quick I'm in a gray also got my keys like lock the door
I usually try not to go alone but if I am alone I totally understand you the hassle of just taking your child out and putting them back in their cars it is so much like it takes longer than just going quick
And I think I'm paranoid to buy like I for sure they all got the keys lock the door running with a pay for my gas and then run back out so it's like I'm literally in and out in like five seconds that's only time that I do it what other wait like other times if I
Do you have to go to do groceries or something I'll obviously bring her in but she's like yeah it's just those times where I just had like run it run in and out of the store
Yeah I did that once I just like went really fast they randomly I don't care if you think I'm crazy I'm just gonna go really fast it just takes a lot more work to take out the baby and do all of that and like you said in groceries are you gonna take them out
Yeah I typically leave him when I go and take out money or deposit money but that's about it like if I go to grocery store yeah I didn't take them with me but I got you guys are like a hassle on tackle on buckling it
I totally understand. Generally I don't do like going into the store real quick or somewhere like that. If we're in our driveway and I'm just going to unlock the door, then I will for like a split second, but nothing more than that usually just because I'm afraid somebody will try.
I'm afraid somebody would try to steal them, so unless I'm going to unlock my front door, they always go in with me. I usually, if I'm going to get gas, then it's a tap to pay or swiping my card. I never go inside to pay. So yeah, I'm into to each their own.
Man my mom was so on my ass about this and had me so paranoid with all these news articles that she would send me that I honestly didn't leave my son in the car by himself until a few years ago like I think he was like six when I
So I try my best not to do this but if I'm in my town I do because literally everybody knows me and I can see the car and it's right there in two seconds and usually the person pumping gas is just watching my kids anyway
But I would never do this in a different city that I don't know because I'm just waiting paranoid there's been so many weird shit around me that by people stealing personal cars and what not so I just want someone open my car door and see my kids now so I usually just take them
