Hey, what's going on y'all? So it's a lot going on in the world. It's a lot going on even on this app. A lot of emotions. A lot of miscommunication, misunderstanding, a lot of back and forth. And just the world outside of this small community. It's just, I don't know, it's just ongoing, right? So I want to know what do y'all do to WUSA? What are you doing to reground yourself? What tools can you share with the community for those who, you know, want to be proactive and, you know, have better tools accessible to them so that they can calm down and just have some peace, at least even for a moment.
