Does body weight really matter? Can you be healthy at any size? What's your take on this?

No, body weight doesn't really matter. There's people out there that have more body weight than others and they're healthier than some of those thin people. Thin does not automatically mean healthy.

Absolutely it does. In neither direction. If you weigh too little, that is bad for you. If you weigh too much, that is bad for you. This is science and this is what a doctor will tell you. This is not fair to me.

I wouldn't say so, no. You need to be healthy and be a big man or a big woman and still have healthy lives and be actually healthier than most.

I don't know, it's a cop-out when people say, well, people who are small are unhealthy, so it does indicate the fact that being overweight puts you at higher risk for health issues, period.

I don't believe there should be a stigma on body weight, but scientifically, no. You can't be healthy on any size, even though weight doesn't tell the whole story about your health, right?

I don't like the sugar coat thing so the end of the day is that your body is like a machine. What you intake is how it's going to produce energy right? So if you're putting too much fuel into the machine obviously...

So obviously it's going to explode. This is the mind of its basic engineering. So the thing is is that if you should you should you don't have to be too skinny but you don't have to be too large as well.

It all starts with one step. Again, you will feel if you have enough energy throughout the day, then whatever body weight should be fine. I'm contradicting myself. But if you're not having enough energy, then you have a problem.
