As a mom I tend to get really caught up in this ideology that my child should not partake in having so much screen time which you know we've been doing good at sort of like he's an extracurricular activities like basketball and we don't really have a TV in our house anymore but I still wonder do you guys limit screen time for your kids this is a judgment free zone I'm not gonna judge but honestly my kids screen time is limited probably by accident more so then I'm Barbas But I'm curious to know do you guys do it on purpose and if so what kind of rules do you guys set for yourself or for your kids

I don't have exact rules but normally maybe every other day he does like 30 minutes to an hour and sometimes a little bit more just really depends on the day and then Friday nights we always have an easy night

However I would say the weekends we definitely do a lot more screen time I am maybe an hour or two

You know what like I don't know I'm kind of on the fence about it I personally don't limit screen time but then I also get my daughter to do like activities and like take her out and what not so like there is a little bit of limitation but yeah I don't know I'm on the phone

Screen time limits are necessary and I really need to start implementing them with these kids but I feel like yeah you know just not too much

Yeah I mean Mia as an adult I have issues of screen time let alone my kids so I I really do get them to cut down on that. It's not good for the health long term.

See this is a hard one for me with my baby definitely I don't put a lot on I use it as little as possible but with the older kids I've always been so torn on the subject

I definitely agree. I think screen time should have limits to it, but it's so easy to kind just turn on something and have them watch that so you could do something else.

I think so yes when they're young of I know that once they're older they're going to start doing their own thing because I remember when I was around 1415 I just wanted to be alone and I use my phone

I will say yes because sometimes mobile devices to just puts you away from the real life

So I like don't really limit screen time but I also don't really like not limited either it kind of just says like I'll go with the flow situation if it's on it's on if it's not it's not and sometimes when it's on he's not even watching it so I don't really think about it too much
