So before becoming a mom I would never really use the word overstimulated or I really didn't know what it meant but now I feel like I can get overstimulated sometimes because there's just a lot going on and like it can get very overwhelming and sometimes it puts me like in a bad mood even if I don't like want to I feel like it gets mistaken for like moms being angry but it's really just like you know the TVs on 24 seven or what not and then you have a crying toddler prime baby you have to make breakfast lunch or dinner or whatever the cases so I feel like that can mentally like train you you know if you don't have like much support if you're doing this alone or even if you do have support like I feel like it always falls off on him
