What I find is so funny, AI art is not art. Let's agree on that, okay? AI art is not art. But what do you consider to be art then? Because that now means that art is no longer subjective. It's not based on interpretation, so you can't use that. And let's put the taking of people's work for environment and billionaires and corporations to the side. Let's take that out of your argument and let's only focus on what is deemed to be art. Because let us not forget that there is a banana duct taped to a wall that has been sold for $6.2 million and there is a toilet that's been painted gold that has been sold for $12.1 million. Don't believe me? Search it up. If you're telling me that AI art is not art, what are you considering art? Because those two, to me, is called art slot. block don't forget museums are also corporations do not forget there are museums are run by people they are also billionaires they sell this art your art should have gone there these people are taking your money as well what do you consider to be art it's so funny to me
well I don't know about you right but whenever I think about art I just think drawing, painting to make a pure mad sculpture thing Doesn't matter whether it's like on a building or on a piece of paper as long as it's drawing and painting I just think aye that's art basically
Well essentially what people are saying is that, AI artists have typed in a prompt into AI and AI has created the image for them and the perspective that people are going at is the fact that when you've typed it in it's still their idea but they're not actively doing it
and so I do get where some of these people are coming from, where they're saying that typing into a computer and it generating for you is not art. But the problem is, you can't just keep throwing out that A.I. art is an Art without giving the definition of what is considered decided to be art because their art is all based on subjectiveness and feeling and emotion
And the issue is, for what they are saying that their art is, AI artists can also say that as well, for their own, and so you need to have a clear definition of what you deem to be art, and I've said to some people that, if YOU can't give me a definition, you can't complain about it, and if you have a definition and your music or what else does not fit it, you can't call yourself that either.
And then the problem that I have is is that, for people that want you to use their services, they're very hostile for it. It doesn't connect with me. Please use my services. AI is taking my work but you are dumb and stupid.
It doesn't make sense to me, that, that they're doing this And calling out people, destroying people's posts and whatnot Just because you don't make them use AI is insane to me
Or right so you're talking about chat's EPT, right okay, go to ... So if somebody wants to make an edit like say about the football for example Right ah said edit, that they've come up with So eh, it's, it's their idea
So if you're asking me is edits the real art, then I would say no. No, because edits are about like, taking a piss out of people, in a cat, jokey, bad in anyway. Whereas if you're just making art, than it's like, you just want to look at it, like that's not real, not for that art purpose.
See, a real arts purpose, a really good arts purpose is for somebody to walk up take a right f***ing good pervert And say, wow, look at that detail on that, I wonder who made that It's meant to be inspiring, yknow
yea but this I'm trying to say whatever you can say on real-arts can also be applied to AI art I can create something, I can do exactly that make people go up to and look at it and go wow that's really good this is what I'm trying to say I make music and so
I understand the whole data stealing and work stealing and whatnot. But a lot of this whole art is art, not art, or AI is not that, is a lot of crapping on what people want. And I believe that AI just makes things accessible for people because some of these people are just far too expensive for what they provide.
