You can spend 30 days, umm, intermediate fasting and not changing the way that you eat, not dieting but just making better food choices and intermediate fasting. You can do 8,000 steps a day for 30 days and watch how different you feel in your body. Take, journal it, journal every day how you feel.
I'm taking 30 days to really focus on my mental health and my well-being, my emotional well-being. I'm tracking all the water I've been taking, everything that I eat, being accountable for my medication, for the herbs I take, for vitamins that I take. And I just feel amazing in my body. And if there's anyone else that has anything they've been putting off that they want to focus on for 30 days, let's do it!
