I'm sorry budé, I love eggs and cheese, and then it's a good of um It's a good source of protein and healthy fats such as cheese and eggs So I'm trying to eat more protein cuz sometimes through the day. I crave sugar So it's really actually your body's missing proteins. So I made eggs and cheese, but I'm sorry again Hopefully when it's over you can eat it again
i used a little bit of butter on the frying pan and then i put the eggs but i scrambled the eggs ahead of time and it made the eggs like this oh it's more fluffier but it looks more like an omelet except i didn't cut it up the egg i just left it as like it looks like a pancake shape but whatever it was really good though i like it like this better than the olive oil i use i don't know what other substitutes you can use but yeah

And it really does fill you up. Like, you would think that you needed more food on your breakfast plate, but the eggs... Ugh, it's so delicious. Ahaha Well, if I was cooking, you would be surely invited over. Ahaha
I have to be careful with what I eat because I don't want my blood pressure to raise. Not only that, but I have to really start eating foods that help with inflammation and mucus. I have asthma, so if I'm eating foods that create mucus, it will affect my asthma and my breathing. So I'm trying to incorporate healthier foods and I don't use any salt whatsoever.
the crazy part of it is that I don't have my tasting senses as much, it's probably like a 20-25% because when I was really really sick with COVID I lost them completely and they came back very slightly so even if the food has salt or it doesn't I wouldn't be able to taste it which could be a pro for me, kinda maybe, I don't know
