I usually pray 57 times a day. It seems excessive to some people, but honestly I I think it's not even that much. I think I should be praying 28 more times that much.

First thing in the morning I always start with a gratitude prayer and I end the night with that but I also find that having like a constant communion with God throughout the day and just talking to him and checking in with him and hearing from him is a lot more fruitful than just those specific times.
