i don't understand how to use these voice effects, every time i click the filter it don't fucking work

You just click the one that you want to use, and then record yourself, and then post it. And if you wait a little bit, like sometimes when you first click it, if you go to listen to yourself straight away, it like, you can hear your normal voice, but you just gotta give it a second to load, and then it should come up.
