Are there any movie remakes that you think are better than the original?

I actually really liked the Italian job that came out in 2003 but still the old one was really good too.

The correct answer is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Infinitely, infinitely better than the original. The original is a classic and you know, will be cherished and beloved for generations. but the remake with Johnny Depp is just, blows it out of the water.
