Honestly at this point, I just think it's genetics because like I mean like it's People think that for a fry you eat a lot but like I know a lot of people are really skinny and eat so much shit, and I know a lot of people that aren't skinny and Watch what they eat, and they still can't like lose weight. They're just kind of born with that body So I really just think it's genetics
It's a bit more complex. It's like an algorithm between eating and how much you eat. So if you eat, say I eat a big meal, I would have to eat that said big meal each time. If I go less than that, I would start to get hungry. So I could go more than that and increase my appetite. So that's one level. Then you've got the level of how fast my body could digest this food. So those are your two levels.
So essentially those skinny people that can eat and eat, they've got that fast metabolism. I've got that fast metabolism. My body bakes down all the nutrients and everything that it needs and shits out the rest real quick. And then you can eat more food because you've already broken down all that, used the energy and whatnot. Whereas other people, they don't have that fast metabolism to break down, but they've still got that high appetite. And that's what increases fat.
um so in like the least third way possible this is gonna come off as rude as fuck but that was like the stupidest thing ever no offense um when people are really skinny but they eat a lot it's because they have a high metabolism so their body converts the food into energy quicker than it does with other people and the people who are bigger and watch what they eat it's because they have a lower metabolism so you know they're just
It's not genetics. Being fat is not genetics. What the fuck. That's like the only reason you would be fat from a young age is if your parents fed you improperly and just fucking threw you with growth hormones and stupid shit like that and never made you exercise. And also, the fact is is that people can fucking change being fat. Like if your people that you say are watching what they eat are clearly not if they're not losing weight.
I don't understand what you're saying, like, it's just usually your metabolism, like how fast your metabolism is. Some people's metabolism are slow, so, you know, like, that's mainly for bigger people. And, like, you should never be, like, starving yourself or, like, um, it's okay to watch what you eat, but not like, oh, I'mma eat this and I'm good until tomorrow. So you just need to, like, figure out what works for you and then you're gonna start dropping weight. Like, apply.
I really love the way you put this in the words, because I don't know how to describe it really, but like, I don't know how to describe it, but you need to, um, they need to eat more protein-based foods, and they can still watch what they're eating, but their protein will make you feel full.
