Life definitely has its tough moments, and especially during the dark times. What helps you process things like heartbreak, grief, failure, or rejection? Because a short and sweet answer I have is to find something to get inspired from and start getting motivated. And by looking forward to something, that is what helps me process things better. Because for me, it's like, okay, little by little, like time will heal all, of course. But again, looking forward to something is what's going to really help. So that's my answer. Tell me what yours is.
If I'm moving through it and allowing myself to feel the emotions, I just write music. I write music, I play guitar, freestyle, journal, because oftentimes I don't really understand how to speak what I'm feeling, but it automatically is channeled in music and I can just, it surprises me, the stuff that I create sometimes on the spot, because it helps me.
Besides writing and doing music is also going on a nature trail that nobody rarely frequents, okay? Because I'm talking out loud, okay? I'm talking it out, I'm getting it out of my head, I'm getting it off my chest, talking to God, talking to nature, and that always makes me feel better too.
For me, avoiding and not thinking about something just suppresses it until it eventually comes out in other ways or in other parts of my life down the road. I'd rather confront it and face it if I'm ready to.
Well, what helps me through the day to process things like grief and heartbreak and that stuff would be, you know, I watch motivational videos, things that inspire me and stuff like that. You know, like podcast videos and things like that to help me.
That is honestly such an amazing way to get back on track and not exactly move forward I feel like that's like the wrong thing to say but more so like cope with things better because that's what I do when I come to watch motivational videos or listen to podcasts or things like that like the main reason why I turn to them in the first place is to you know get inspiration and be a better person so I really appreciate your answer and I hope you have a great upcoming week.
Okay, Louis is here again. When I got a bad situation, and I faced with failure, I think about it what the world wants to teach me. And after that, I find a piece of paper and write about my feelings in that situation.
Well, I think everyone has a way of processing how they know how they feel. But me, most times it's just music. Yeah, music and some time alone. And then I read a lot, you know, so it keeps my mind off stuff. And with time, my heart heals and I move on.
