So apparently, the mayor of Atlantic City, New Jersey declared September 22nd National Jersey Shore Day or JERSDAY with the MTV Jersey Shore cast. I feel like this is definitely well overdue. I gotta say, as a West Coast girly, if Jersey Shore didn't exist, and hey, I never watched Jersey Shore, but I always heard of Jersey Shore, heard of New Jersey because of this show growing up, and they put New Jersey on the map, basically, in my opinion, but yeah, I'm glad that they did this, it's adorable. You can tell Vinny's happy with his fist pumps.
