Well, what I got to say, when Britney Spears got pulled over for the second and third time, I think what she ought to say to the commies is, Oops, I did it again and again. Oops, I did it again and I will keep doing it again and again for your heart. So don't despair because Oops, I did it again.

Yeah, the second or third NOL, No Operator's License, means that you impound the car and take the person and identify them by fingerprint and lock them up. It's just that simple. Why? Because their insurance is invalid. There's no one on this planet that will properly insure an unlicensed driver. So this person is a danger to herself and others. That's the proper procedure. Second offense, or at least the third offense, at the very least.
