I'm not sure if it's a trend for this year I've heard about it for many many years but I didn't do the one where I was like 16 hours of fasting and eight hours of eating and I did I did lose quite a bit of weight but it wasn't sustainable
For my schedule and just like my routine on a daily basis it was hard for me to keep track because I would forget like oh like I can eat now and then a lot of the time in the eight hour window I don't have time to eat
So before you know it, my eight hour window was coming to an end and I'm like damn, I didn't really get to eat much and my calorie intake wasn't healthy. So I stopped doing it. But I kind of follow like a seven to seven, like a 12 hours eating, 12 hours off.
