It's mental health month, so here is a mental health tip. Set goals and priorities. Decide what must get done now and what can wait. Learn to say no to new tasks if you start to feel like you're taking on too much. Try to be mindful of what you have accomplished at the end of the day, and not what you have been unable to do.
I love this. This is such great tips for momma's that are struggling with mental health. I definitely have my days and I generally think of that like what can be put on the back burner that won't hurt nothing. just having like little to no motivation on those days but yeah we get through it.
This is such good advice. I agree all the way. It is so important to prioritize your goals, to make a plan, and just take things one day at a time. And yeah, like you said, don't worry about what you didn't do. Pat yourself on the back for what you did do and just keep moving forward. I love this.
