I have just really been struggling this whole month mentally physically and emotionally and like it's so weird because March is like the month of like blooming and new beginnings and what not but for me I just feel like I have been just dwelling on my past and like just everything I feel like everything is just really getting to me so what are some ways that you get out of this like the stump like I'm just I don't know anymore I'm just so frustrated constantly and just so mentally drained and down and I just need to get out of this
I'm so sorry you're feeling down mama. Honestly I'm struggling myself so I really don't have advice but I will say I am here for you and if you need to ever talk you can always reach out but I totally understand. It's just a weird.
I just go outside and walk around looking like a homeless dude to be honest you just forget about everything and you just go mess around with random stuff you know play with your dogs and all that stuff and it's like it takes it away
Well, I'm sorry to hear that. Some ways that helped me. I journal working out and and hanging out with friends, it kind of brings me back to the happy place.

You can try to therapist or you can just, you know, try to do things that make you happy. Maybe talk to your partner or family member. I don't know, I'm so sorry. I hope you feel better though. I hope you get out this fault that you're in.
