Cheat days or little treats? Do you prefer to have a whole day where you can just cheat and eat whatever you want? Or do you prefer to just give yourself a little treat here and there?
definitely small treats because I feel like it's more sustainable long term for me if I had like a cheat day then I would just kind of look forward to it the entire week and not really enjoy every meal. So I feel like I'll go for the small treats.
I prefer small treats because if I just had one cheat day, oh my gosh, I would cheat so bad and probably delay all of my progress that I had already made.
