Two things I do every day, read and game. Sometimes I don't have the energy to game like I want to for fitness but most of the time I can at least do something and this game is really the one that gives me motion and excitement just enough that you know I'm not straining myself. I'm really happy that I can play standing up now. Sitting down is cool but you burn more calories standing up and you just feel more into the game if you're standing. So yeah I read a lot of books, I game, I'm thinking about putting the both together in a twitch channel.
