I think something that has helped me become grounded would be meditation, listening to rain sounds. And you might feel that it's kind of weird, but rain sounds actually help you feel grounded, feel peace, feel calm. So I would definitely recommend that, you know, if you have earphones, go and listen to something. It's really great, very calming for sure, and that helps me through my week.
