Healthcare in the US isn't that great, but should mental health days be included in employee benefits packages? I think they should and they should be their own standalone like benefit apart from like sick days or Vacation days or paytime off I I don't know if it'll actually happen, but I think it definitely is something that should be done.
I don't know about that because a lot of people would take advantage and pretend they have mental health when they really don't just to get a day off. So I don't know, it's kind of weird.
I agree with this 100%. I think it should be included in employee benefit packages because mental health is so important and I think people can be so stressed out at work sometimes that that they do need their meal till break. So yeah, they should include it.
Honestly I don't really care but I think it just depends on the job if you're a surgeon or something you'd like dude bodies and shit yeah if you're a teacher probably not
I don't know why they would need to specifically be mental health days as opposed to just general unpaid days off that you can take for whatever reason. I think that sounds a lot better.
I think they should. Definitely. I think mental health days especially in jobs that you work with other people, I think that's really important. For instance, I'm a teacher and I need like almost half a year of mental health days.
