Because upon us, we are here basically. Have y'all, did you stick to your New Year's resolutions? Were you working all winter, getting right? Are you like scrambling now? Where are you at in your fitness journey in comparison to what you said you would be.
I have not stuck to any of my fitness goals, like at all. I'm gonna try to go to the gym and start eating better, but it's hard. Like, I'm a mom of two, so it's hard to just get time away to get to the gym, But I'm going to try and do better because summer is coming.
I feel like I have to an extent stuck to my goals of definite straight away at times like right now in a couple weeks ago but I feel like I've always come back and like try it again I'm not as progressed as I want to be I could deathly be better but I am trying and that's all that really matters
