To be honest, I fake intermittent fast because I put sugar in my coffee in the morning and some dairy. So actually, I don't even know why I'm replying. It's not fasting, but I don't eat till like 12.
Deafly not on purpose but like I usually hate eating breakfast I'm usually like not hungry in the morning so I'll wait to eat in till like maybe one or 2 PM to 3 PM depending I just eat when I'm hungry so it varies
I've done it but I haven't done it on purpose I am to just because I get so caught up with my day and forget to eat I truthfully don't know if it works or not
