So I know Coachella just ended and Stagecoach is going on this weekend and I want to know your honest thoughts about those festivals because to be very honest with you, I have never been to them. I work in social media and in the content creation industry it is a very big deal to go at some point but I feel like over the years it's become less about the music, the prices keep getting higher and it's more about the outfits and who is doing what, where and I don't know, I just felt like it lost its spark and again I don't really have an interest to go at all but I would love to hear your perspective on this especially if you've gone in the past and if you went this year I would love to hear the differences and also what stayed the same.
Honestly, although I've never been to one of these concerts in the desert or Coachella specifically. I heard that the Decor that they put up, you know the special effects and everything I heard that it's really nice and entertaining But I also heard that they don't have enough How do you say? They don't have enough shaded spaces like a lot of people who are forced to bring umbrellas You know stand under gazebo tents and you know just fine shade anywhere they can underneath trees if there are any trees. stuff like
or even like near the stage you know where some of the venues are where you can eat and stuff those are like some of the places that only have shade and so I heard a lot of people say you know it's warm but there's not enough um how do you say cool places to sit eat and relax when you want to get out of the heat also heard people say there's long lines for food drinks you know such as alcohol beverages and snacks you know they have a lot of vendors there
It's just not well orchestrated. If you ask me, they should be giving out free water bottles to all the... Because my thing is this. Giving out free water bottle would not hurt the profit that they're making from the festival. However, what would hurt the profit of the festival is dehydrated people passing out, you know? especially since they're serving liquor and some people are on drugs and stuff like that.
So they definitely have like water stations all over the oven I guess grounds and it would be kind of hard for them to give out water because you know people just do not respect the grounds they would throw those trash everywhere versus if you had your own water balloon you could just like filling up keep it with you and it's less mess I think they do a good job making sure everybody is hydrated and fed like
Him for me I didn't even realize Colton was like two weeks long so I'm like two weekends long right now I don't know because honestly all the headliners are probably at the Met gala right now and I just honestly I'm old so I stopped going a while ago and I'm over the height
Coachella is so overrated I have never cared for music festivals especially ones were like you got to sit outside and like shit in a porta potty and everybody's tripping balls and it's it's just unnecessary to me I would like rather go to like a concert that's indoors in like an arena where I can you know go to a concession stand as an indoor toilet sit down if I please air condition running you now and just pay to see the one artist
So yeah, since people are bound to spend money on the souvenirs, you know, the jewelry, the headbands, wristlets, you know, other merchandise that they're selling their t-shirts, you know, spend money on food there, why not just give our free water bottles to the fans? I don't get it. You know something to cool them down or at least have more tints for shade
I'm from the UK so I've never heard of Stagecoach Biden Coachella is quite over it I could just there's a lot of people when you have to sleep in your car I just really tired and yeah
