Good evening everyone, Ash checking in again. I hope everyone is doing really good. So I need some assistance settling a debate because Blue Light doesn't seem to affect, like I can go to sleep. You know, my husband can go to sleep with the television on but it's really also interesting because we had a situation where Alexa rebooted in the middle of the night and the blue light from our Wi-Fi outlet, things that let us pair, basically make our home a smart home. Woke me up, but the television doesn't. We don't have a blue light blocking television. So does blue light block your sleep or am I just weird? Because basically the debate is that I'm just weird because I, you know, I woke up because of that blue light and then that television doesn't bothered me. I don't know. Help me out. Let me know.
