What do you find the most hardest part about working out for you? Personally for me, I think the hardest part can be eating at times. But yeah, certain times it's easier compared to when it's not. not so you're asked for working out and maintaining the dough for me.
Yeah, I would have to agree with you. The hardest part for me is definitely eating. just because sometimes I just don't have an appetite or when I do eat it's not enough to see results.
At first you just there for that because it's fun it's a new thing we move initially reach a point where you have to make sure that you already disciplines going whenever you need to go even if you don't feel like going you're a get the fuck up and go there and I'm trying to do the Right now it's 11 am and I have until 5 am write 5 pm recognising the gym closes and it would seem like a couple hours my food and stuff and do other stuff right I need to get up and go I see
Show me the hottest pub at work now is get into Germany for me I have to travel a good 2 miles to go to the gym so for me then open usually sometimes raining so it's for me is going to do
I'm in the hundredth part about working out. Eating for me personally, yeah, definitely eating. And sometimes I feel like I can't eat, other times I struggle to eat. So, I definitely say eating for me. about that
