I'm not gonna lie, that's a very good question. When I used to go to the gym regularly, I used to love eating eggs for the protein and sometimes steak. like that has protein in it, I usually use to indulge myself within it.
For me it's always a protein bowl or like a chipotle style bowl so I'll make rice, black beans, chicken and add a bunch of veggies and that pretty much gives me the calories and protein I need.
Bro just go home and eat with them whenever my mum cooks bro I was massively my milkshake protein shake thing there's like 1000 cal in colour do you like maybe later on or Sunday morning to get the calories
