Top of the morning. So I think I'm laying here. I intentionally lay in the bed for about 20 minutes before I even get up, touch my phone. Sometimes I put hurt frequencies on, binary frequencies, healing frequencies, whatever I feel like, whatever it is. I do that sometimes. So right now I'm just laying, just trying to clear my mind. figure out what exactly it would do with this 24 hours God gave me. And you know what I mean? Just be real intentional about my day. So maybe you should try that instead of just jumping out the bed with the confusion, rushing and brushing your teeth sometimes. Maybe a day go a little bit smoother if you lubricate that motherfucker with some time. So, you know, you have a good day. Yes, stay clean. Yes, stay healthy. I'm outta here.
