OK what are some healthy habits routine that we practice during the day and I'm in the key box of lime physically mentally emotionally fit me are usually start the day Stratton breakfast coffee lately I haven't been doing so sick of them I recharge my bed my body is the night with TI been working my back a little later goes well with my back out like I'm way more tired when I using I've been legs and back I've known a lot lately and I found myself in the bed so I'm just like the greenish brown trying to get back to who I am and get back in my room seeing the stretching and doing other things like that but let me know what you Gotta do to get improve your day

For me there's three things I do every day without fail I get a least 10,000 steps are normally 15 to 20,000 steps in per day on that I also do a very small nonnegotiable workout so just some stuff of resistance bands and stretching and then lastly because the body is taken care of I meditate phone in five minutes a day but for me that's kind of my

Yes daily moves have to move daily can just be like a rock in bed all day they going to get aches and pains Remember don't forget to do yoga yoga every day is good for the mind body and soul
