I remember when Gatorade was like the shit and I had it during the times I was in like high school, junior high, for track and I know they're supposed to be good for you but maybe it's the certain brands that were being pushed to us. I was so nauseous when I I would drink them. I could never really finish a bottle. I was like, I'm just better off with regular water. And you know, you several years have gone by and I went ahead and I tried to have it again the other day. Had me sick like a dog. On my back, all four paws up in the air. Like I was unwell. So question, do you guys like the electrolyte drinks? And if you have any other recommendations, put your girl on. Maybe I'll try those instead.
Yeah, I would say I'm not a huge fan of Gatorade, but there's another one here in the UK called Power Raid. Like I remember when I went for my half marathon last year, I drank an hour or two before and it made a huge difference throughout my running. So definitely good for when you're running and stuff like that. Otherwise, I wouldn't have it on a normal day.
Would you consider the brand Celsius to be like a natural power drink thing? Because I know people use that for pre-workout sometimes. What do you think about that?
