Lately everyone around me has been super stressed and I want to know how do you handle a stressful day because I too am going through it and my like first thing that I would do is just put my phone on do not disturb and then after that get my favorite meal, watch a funny movie, try to read a book, just something that makes me like want to forget about my like problems but I would love to hear from you what you would do in a situation like that.

A stressful day do you have every book and just relax or have some green tea or just do a workout

Usually what helps me and I may be doing an adventure seeing friends and if that's not nothing Cooking dinner and coming back to life

So I listen to Abraham hicks and I try to do breathing stuff and I listen to music when I need to feel less stress also taking a nice walk is good or sometimes I just get in the car and go for a ride go for a drive

For me like if I was in the situation like that I wish I did it on a real issue the question do you know who makes overhead oh I want to tell me the burger girl was playing with my daughter try to call one of my friends I talk to the pastor yeah

Oh I know I'm a guy but I got really good advice go to YouTube look up stress relief HZ hertz and just click any video and it literally plays Binaural Beats that makes your stress relieved it's so good for you it's like meditation but you don't have to go on a deep trance you just listen to it and it literally relieves stress so good for you

Get some tasks completed Workout anything to do like just you know being proactive I would like if I just I've had the shit day and then I'm just in a bed It's just gonna make the day worse. Culture always help, I can't lie. shells are very good.
