Lately everyone around me has been super stressed and I want to know how do you handle a stressful day because I too am going through it and my like first thing that I would do is just put my phone on do not disturb and then after that get my favorite meal, watch a funny movie, try to read a book, just something that makes me like want to forget about my like problems but I would love to hear from you what you would do in a situation like that.
All right so I'm on I'll be having so much my trouble trying to deal with my stressful days and my partner she tries her best and I get that to her but I don't know what it is like I just stay on it too much I don't know why
I tend to it's nice out roll the windows down blasting metal music and just drive and just scream sing along to it if it's not nice out I just keep the windows up
Well the first thing I need to do is lay down I need to lay down and breathe And I need to do that for about 30 seconds maybe a minute and then kind of compartmentalize the rest of my day what I can get done and what I can't that I'll put off and do those things and give myself grace and be kind of myself and go with a go with the flow don't fight the force
What I do when I'm super stressed as I go the fuck home I Put on some reiki or some meditation videos because it's been proven to work They have studies that shown us worked. It works for me. It's a great restress relief and I usually play music. I do music therapy and then I Eat a nice vegan meal. I take a good shower and I lay in the bed for the rest of the day day. Yes.
I like this question. I usually just check out in nature. I'll go sit and not necessarily meditate sometimes but just like sit in the grass and try to focus on the present so I'll try to force myself to pay attention to like the leaves blowing in the wind or something just to bring me out of my head and Then after that when I start feeling relaxed, I'll take a walk in nature and then usually get my favorite thing.
It's gonna say get my favorite thing to eat for dinner. And yeah, usually that does it. Or all light, like pretty cozy candles and string lights and stuff and just make my room look really cozy at night. And that kind of calms me down a lot or take a warm bath too with bath salt.
