Lately everyone around me has been super stressed and I want to know how do you handle a stressful day because I too am going through it and my like first thing that I would do is just put my phone on do not disturb and then after that get my favorite meal, watch a funny movie, try to read a book, just something that makes me like want to forget about my like problems but I would love to hear from you what you would do in a situation like that.
Okay so there's two things that makes me happy money and we'd make your money and smoking weed oh yeah and you know what game as well I like playing games on the side and I hope to be stressfree and shit we are those three things I'm happy to go on the planet
OK so for me I'm still pretty young right so anytime I get stressful I call my mom my mom is my best friend she's always been my best friend and like I know if I tell my problem to my mother she's not the type of person to give me a solution she'll just let me vent to her and that feels really nice and then she'll let me know that everything's gonna be all right my mom is like my savior like I love her so much she can call me down
I've been going through it too and I don't know why I just don't do this every single time it's always a struggle but if I just do a quick 10 minute meditation and then drag myself outside into sun that usually helps but those two things are so hard to do for some reason I just did it right now though and I'm feeling good
Honestly I'm so bad at handling stressful days I just sleep for like a panic **** to do list and then just like bang everything out like I get everything done
Are you there at the gym if I'm really stresses pump out a couple push-ups sit ups let's see I'm smoking on Sandhill J what else read a book I just read a book remind me a horror book so I can get it on the energy and thinking about craziness but That's about it run maybe play if he's games you know drink or not really drink that's not that's not I don't drink a lot
The way did I under stress like I feel myself getting stressful because I work from home and I have a lot of different businesses I just like turn my phone off and turn on the TV to be honest with you because I don't watch TV a lot like me as much as I used to but I'll just sit down and watch TV watch some type of show and most of the time not a sad show like a uplifting show and then that definitely helps me to just like distress but that's just me Personally
Like I just I don't know why but it if I feel like it just bothers me so much to be in stressful situations where as I would just like everything to just flow you know like when things flow and just go the weather supposed to I feel like I'll just be great I don't know I want to try to switch up with
How do I handle the stressful day? Me personally, I take five minutes to reflect on what went wrong in that day. that day how could I improve then I carry on with my day.
