I struggle to grow my quads specifically. I think I'm just more glute and hamstring dominant when it comes to squats and deadlifts. And I just don't enjoy, you know, working my quads as much, so I think that would be my biggest struggle.
I would definitely say it's my shoulders that struggle to grow I don't know if this mean or not not working them up properly but yeah and it was always seem to get injured for some reason but your shoulders are weak point of me
