What time during the day do you guys start your workouts? I am a morning person so I like to get everything done in the morning so that's when I like to do my workouts. And personally, the ideal time for me to get my workout in is like 7 a.m.

Yeah, I'm the same. As soon as I wake up I need to get up and take my pre-workout and go to the gym, otherwise it just doesn't happen. So it's usually around between 5.30 and 7.

I like to get mine done in the morning as well. I'm not so much of a morning person though, which is like a struggle But I usually work out like between 10 and 1 But that's just because my work schedule is a little different But I do like it getting do like getting it done earlier in the day. Otherwise sometimes it does not happen
