Personally, I feel like whenever I drink tea before bed, it one helps me sleep better and two, I wake up feeling less bloated and just like honestly more refreshed. So I try and do it whenever I can remember.
I think so I grew up always having issues with going to sleep it took me like an hour to fall asleep but now I drink peppermint and chamomile tea before I sleep and I also take magnesium and I think I go to sleep pretty quick like quicker than usual it'll take me like 20 to 30 minutes versus like that hour it would take me prior so I think it does help to extend
