Do you have like one friend that you could talk to for hours because I have exactly one friend and I've known him for oh my God like 22 years but we just talked for six hours and I think that's our record but we also live in different countries so we had a lot of catching up to do but we do talk every couple weeks and it's always like at least an hour but I think that's better than therapy to be honest as long as you have a good one at least

Wow that's a really long conversation six hours I wouldn't be able to talk to someone for six hours my most is three hours and I I feel like I I don't remember who I like it was it was a friend and then like I had a two hour conversation with one of my friends from college like a year ago to catch up but wow that's really cool I think that's awesome I have some friends that I could talk to for a long time but I'm not

Off-Rip, one person comes to mind. I've known them for eight years and you know every time we catch up on the phone hours and hours and hours go by there has been a time when six plus hours did go by and we can talk about anything and everything. This person has understands my emotional sensitivity and they really do a great job in helping me feel seen and heard and yeah.

I've definitely do have like one or two friends that I could talk to about a variety of things for hours but I don't think I have one person that I can talk to anything and everything about I mean maybe I do and maybe I'm just not comfortable with them yet but I feel like each friend serves a different purpose and a different topic

Yeah I've never did therapy and usually you know it is what I do is just have a friend or two that I talk to you like that so I I think that's just the way life supposed to be before a therapist you have friends and yeah you just spoke with them or you just spoke with yourself but yeah I'm a say friend is better all the time because that's all I know

I prefer talking to friends rather than therapy. I feel like that's just more helpful for me.
