When you travel does your sleep routine stay around the same or does it change drastically so right now I am in Mexico I still went to bed kind of early yesterday and we woke up around maybe like nine today eight not honestly like eight it doesn't change to drastically but it's very different from when I'm at home where I sleep at like nine or 10 and wake up at five in the morning so you let me know
I try to keep with my sleep routine even though you know when you travel you have to explore and have fun at night but I try to take care of my body as well so I at least try to give him seven hours of sleep
When I travel I feel like I definitely sleep more in a weird way like I don't know what it is but I guess I have the opportunity slip to sleep more so I do
I mean it depends if I'm traveling for work I'll try to keep my sleep routine the same but if I have to be out and about with clients sleep of course I'm gonna be tired at a different time also depending on what time zone I'm currently in while traveling
It changes because I tend to go to bed maybe a little bit... Oh no, not later than normal because I go to bed pretty late now. I'm in school but I do wake up early even earlier than now that I go to school. So I sleep less but I feel more energetic for some reason. It might be exciting.
