Working on my fitness is probably something you've heard a time or two, so I want to know how many times a week do you work out. I work out three times a week, but I'm hoping to bump that up to five or six. but yeah, would love to hear about your experience of fitness.
I've been working out once a week which is terrible but I need to kick it up to at least three times but I am a happy post this cause I need it I need some accountability but yet one to three times a week
I typically work out well I recently been working out almost every day but this past week I haven't been working out as much but I typically try to do like three or four times a week
Man, I try for four. I try for four, but everything is so busy the last few weeks I haven't met that and I'm getting like anxious You know like that anxious feeling you get when you haven't been in the gym in a while But I at least walk every day, you know, or doing our work ever something I got to do something in the day, but in terms of like actually going to the gym, you know I would like to go four times a week week, but the past couple weeks has not been good, so I gotta get back on that.
When I am working out because I went on vacation like a month ago and so I haven't been back to the gym You know how that goes next week is my week, but yes, I work out three to five times a week when I'm like in my room working out.
So to be honest most weeks I do five days a week and I take the weekends off but that's really it. I mean I want to break it down to like three days a week.
