Working on my fitness is probably something you've heard a time or two, so I want to know how many times a week do you work out. I work out three times a week, but I'm hoping to bump that up to five or six. but yeah, would love to hear about your experience of fitness.
One to three times a week currently are used to do it every day and I used to do twice a day and that just burned me out and now I just don't have a time for that so I just try to do it ever again I love to rollerblade I love to do some elliptical at the gym and some lifting weights but mostly rollerblading because that makes me the most happy
So let's say that you do the one time a week. How much are you working out? Like are you doing like a 30 minute workout or are you doing like a longer period of time working out. Is it a full body workout?
First of all I enjoy your channel I just followed you and said well yeah I do like 2 to 3 times a week and I want to bump it up to like I want 3 to 4 is what I'd like 3 to 4 and I'd be happy arm and the lockdowns I was doing it like seven days a week and I was like in the best shape of my life but I would just don't have the time to do seven days a week so I thought I'd be happy with four days a week good luck with yours

Yes I deafly work out I try to work out five times a week if I'm lazy or maybe 3 to 4 but I deafly try to get activity when I can even if it's just going for a walk my dogs you know
I feel like three times a week is not bad, especially if it's like every other day. That's kind of pretty good. You do like one day and then you take off the next day and you work out the next day. I think that's pretty good.
