Working on my fitness is probably something you've heard a time or two, so I want to know how many times a week do you work out. I work out three times a week, but I'm hoping to bump that up to five or six. but yeah, would love to hear about your experience of fitness.
I work out three times a week which I think is perfect I'll try and do more but with my busy schedule is a little bit impossible but when I do like one or two I'm just like oh my God like I've done nothing with my week which is such a bad mentality but yeah
I have been pretty consistent with doing three to four times a week, sometimes five, but I've been doing that since January and I'm super proud and I feel so much stronger and hopefully I can keep it going.
I'm a nine-up girl but I work out at least four times a week so I like to do my chest try, back by legs and then full day just focused on core and soldiers.
Sometimes a week, maybe six, just you know, kinda like it like. See when I go gym it's my fun space at that point. But it depends on it. Sometimes if I'm going out on Saturday, I take that day as a rest day as well. And on Sundays my little cheat day, but not for meals. I don't like cheating on meals. Food is the number one priority. In the gym scene, you know, it's all about what you eat rather than how much work you do. and they're pulling up together, you know, a relationship.
Zero I know I need to though I'm like completely out of shape but like gym memberships be so expensive I'm gonna have a lot of room in my bedroom to do it but now that we just moved home hopefully I can start you know getting back into it
Oh wow, you know what? I appreciate your honesty here because yes, gym memberships are very expensive, which is why I invested in an app to let me do some at-home workouts. I also go to YouTube to get ideas, same thing with TikTok. I also, you know, step outside and get some fresh air. I'm in California, so I'm really lucky to have good weather year-round. But another thing I was going to say too is congrats on the move. I hope you're doing well in your new place and I wish you all the best.
Probably about 34 times a week just depends on whether I've got a match or not because I play football so I don't have a game mid week then I will train four times if I do then I would definitely be training at least three times or at least twice per payment for three sessions a week
