Working on my fitness is probably something you've heard a time or two, so I want to know how many times a week do you work out. I work out three times a week, but I'm hoping to bump that up to five or six. but yeah, would love to hear about your experience of fitness.
I do about three or four times and I use this app class pass and I'm able to like go to different like fitness classes and fitness Studios and like use credits through the app so I feel like by using that I'm able to like stay motivated plus there's like a cancellation fee which I feel like is extra motivation for me to get my booty the class to actually like get a workout in
I go about 4 to 5 times a week at least try to get in like a two day recipe. So that way my muscles can relax grow and have some time off that's what it's about
Okay max three but I try to do at least one two nothing too heavy something like even on the second day when I don't really want to I will still do a few lunges you know at minimum stretching So between one to three I would say.
