Working on my fitness is probably something you've heard a time or two, so I want to know how many times a week do you work out. I work out three times a week, but I'm hoping to bump that up to five or six. but yeah, would love to hear about your experience of fitness.
I actually work at four days out of the week and that way I'm able to rest two days and then the other one I'm just doing a small cardio or something super light cleaning in the house whatever it is just to keep me moving
