So I personally go to the gym five days a week but sometimes at all become four days a week because of how busy I am with work and school and stuff so I wanted to know how many times a week do you guys come to the gym and how many times a week do you think is necessary to see progress for the gym
I usually go couple times a week like one to three and then do home workouts, hikes, the rest of the time, or workout classes. That's what I like to do and home workouts as well, incorporated. so I'm not always going to the gym that's split up and diversified.
When I am really being consistent I will also go five times but lately it's been like three or four days and yeah I think to see progress for it's fine like even threes man honestly but for I think he's like perfect
So I used to go quite a lot. I used to go every day, sometimes multiple times a day and I'm just now trying to find back to my shape of there many years ago. So I try to do four or five times a week but it's a little bit mixed up so it's between football, boxing, paddle and soon I'm going to supplement actual proper gym going to that as well. but well done, well done going off to you.
