How do y'all feel about therapy? Are you for it? Are you against it? You never tried it. I had this really good therapist but she moved and it makes me sad because she really helped me a lot and I have yet to find one to replace her. Yeah, what's y'all status on therapy?
So I am actually I'm all for therapy like if you need it great But I personally don't feel like it's meant for me and you know my boo my hubby Just because I feel like Why pay someone yes, they have their degree in that I get that when you literally literally can communicate this with your person. Now mind you, I know they give you exercises and stuff to do but you know.
I don't think it's necessary and maybe it is because I am a psych major so like I don't know I feel like I already know a lot of these exercises and shit but yeah I but I will say I'm not opposed to trying it I'm definitely not opposed to trying it.
I honestly have thought about it before I seriously thought about it before because I need it I know everyone needs it and they just are you know they don't wanna admit that they need it it's still taboo to sound but I want to if I have the money I want to
I've never tried therapy but I want to and I feel like everybody should at some point. Just because you know a therapist can help you see things from different perspectives and help you learn more about yourself on a deeper level. So I feel like it's a really good thing. very hopeful.
