Alright, so which sport do you think you need to have higher levels of fitness for? Is it football or basketball? And when I say football I'm talking about European football, none of that American football stuff. So... So, yeah, let me know.
I would say you need more fairness in basketball for sure. Basketballers tend to focus on their whole body, I would say. A lot more than footballers do. Yeah, I'll say basketball requires a lot more fairness. End-to-end, like, you're just non-stop. There's a lot more breaks, 100%, but the amount they're running back and forth after each position is crazy.
I think it's basketball because even though the games are shorter you constantly doing something where is the football depending on your position in kind of get away with doing less but I'm just remember reading that apparently the actual game timing and football match is like 4045 minutes
Are definitely basketball I think basketball you know you like five aside football I think it's very similar to 5 aside football when you're playing basketball just constantly running back-and-forth and back-and-forth and that's what really cosy but I'm a boss will carry on like a heavier weight in your hands and have it says harder for me to double up as good as terrible football
